We are seeking a driven and ambitious Insurance Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving sales of our insurance products. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to identify and meet clients’ insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Conduct a thorough needs analysis to determine appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field in insurance.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
