Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand the agency’s business.
• Identify potential leads, follow up, and convert them into clients.
• Conduct presentations on insurance products for individuals and corporate clients.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and policy data.
• Process insurance policy declarations, issuance, and schedules.
• Recruit, train, and manage the performance of the insurance sales team.
