4. Agency Responsibilities

  4. Ensuring confidentiality and security of client data as per applicable laws.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  1. All personal and financial information provided by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for insurance-related purposes.
  2. Data will be shared with third-party underwriters only as necessary to fulfill policy obligations.
  3. The agency adheres to relevant data protection regulations to safeguard client information.

6. Policy Renewals

  1. Clients will be notified of upcoming renewals via SMS, email, or phone at least 30 days before the policy expiry date.
  2. Renewal is subject to timely payment of the premium.
  3. Failure to renew within the grace period may result in policy lapse.

7. Claims Processing

  1. Claims must be filed with all required documentation as specified in the policy terms.
